Cancellation Policy

- There will be contactless payments only, There will be no cash transactions at this time.

-Appointments will only be secured with a credit card on file.

-It is important that we start your session on time. If you are late within reason, we can only offer the remaining time of your session. More than 20 minutes late for any session will result in automatic cancellation and a full cancellation fee.

-Any cancellations after 5:00 pm the day prior to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee for your scheduled treatment.

-Any appointments that are cancelled within 1 hour or No Show, of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee of your scheduled treatment. 

Due to the pandemic, we understand there may be family emergencies that may result in cancelling your appointment, If this occurs we ask that you email us within 72 hours if possible with paperwork from a healthcare professional so that we can waive the cancellation fee. We understand that these things occur however this is our livelihood and we too need to take care of our families.
